About the Spring: March 31 - June 15
The fundamentally driven 2014 spring skills training program by Premier Hoops will totally elevate player performance.
Over the course of 10 weeks, our athletes will be training up to five nights per week with the best basketball coaching in MA!
Main spring 2014 focuses:
- Basketball Fundamentals: defense, passing, shooting, dribble moves, ball strength, finishing at the rim
- Basketball Conditioning: speed and quickness drills, body weight strength challenges, core building
- Good sportsmanship, goal setting, team building, working hard
Spring 2014 Structure:
- Any athlete can train
- All athletes must tryout to play in the Premier League click here!
- Top players from Premier league are put on Select Teams
